With the predominance of filtered and bottled water for drinking, the quality of water used for bathing is often overlooked. Everyday we follow a routine where we wake up and take a shower and as a parent, bath our children every night before bed.
If all of the instances our bodies are in contact with water were taken on a case by case basis, there would be no concern with the levels of chemicals and minerals in the water. This, unfortunately, is not the case as we must look at the constant bombardment we place our bodies in day after day, year after year in the bath and shower.
